ELHP Helps purchased a Meta 2 Oculus to support The Children's Institute's therapy department. This will add virtual reality options to its therapy sessions at the organization's Squirrel Hill location. The organization is one of the region’s leading centers for pediatric rehabilitation, education of children with special health care needs, along with family placement, preservation/reunification and enrichment services. Founded in 1902, The Children’s Institute is comprised of four components: Outpatient Physical Health Services, Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, The Day School, and Project STAR.

ELHP Helps purchased food, treats, beds and toys for NDLB to help all the pups looking for a home. Dogs from the neighborhood where so loved and taken care of by Betty Pistella.


George Mark Children’s House, San Leandro, CA

ELHP Helps purchased and delivered medical devices from Medline. We cleared the wish list for the needs of the Hospice with supplies including; IV poles, drain sponges, oxygen cannulas, briefs and personal care items like shampoo, and advanced wound care dressings.

GMCH is the first freestanding pediatric palliative care center in the US. They strive to achieve greater well being and quality of life for children and their families at significantly lower cost than an acute care hospital setting.

ELHP Helps purchased, assembled and delivered a gift basket to be auctioned off at the benefit golf outing. Thomas Jack Dojonovic's Project Spread Positivity is committed to allocating kindness and dignity to others through various acts of kindness. The money raised is devoted to the education and advocacy of Mental Health and Suicide Awareness. It is their goal to help decrease the stigma associated to Mental Illness.

ELHP Helps purchased personal care products for children in foster care.

Pressley Ridge provides services that helps the needy including the following: Foster Care and Adoption, focused on secure and stable homes; Mental health services for families that is office and school based Outpatient Treatment and Counseling; Specialized Education for children transitioning to adulthood who need skills, children impacted by autism and those who are Deaf or hard of hearing; Residential Treatment giving skills so that the youth can return home.

ELHP Helps purchased personal care products and stocking stuffers for a Christmas event for children in foster care.

Dream Drive is a volunteer run and funded nonprofit organization.  The groups’ focus is improving the lives of children experiencing foster care and/or financial instability in and around the Bucks County area. While the annual Children’s Christmas Breakfast event is the driving force of the group, Dream Drive also contributes year-round by way of Hygiene Kits, Valentines gifts, Easter Baskets, Back to School Backpacks, and Winter Gear Initiatives. Dream Drive also works very closely with organizations that house older teens that are aging out of foster care.
